For total reps. (Calories count as reps)
One team member will start at one of the stations.
Work will be 90s on with 30 seconds to rotate stations and mark scores.
2. Wall Ball
3. Bar-bell ground to overhead 35/45/55/65/75 lbs
4. Kb SDHP
5. Box Jumps
6. Pull-ups or Ring Rows. (no assisted Pull-ups)
7. Weighted Sit-ups
Stations will be added or removed based number of people attending.
Then: Surprise finisher.
