  • 5  x  wb
  • 5  x  kb snatches per arm                            9~25kg
  • 5  x  lateral burpees

Rotate through exercises

Round is called when all in the Team have completed the burpees

 

II  –  Team WOD – 10min AMRAP

  • 10  x  plate sit up w/press
  • 5    x  bj                                20/24/30/34
  • 3    x  kb sdhp                       16~35kg

Every one completing the round gets a round for the Team.

Accumulate rounds for Team total
