Team WOD AMRAP*

  • 20 x Wall ball
  • 20 x Pull-ups/Ring Rows
  • 20 x Push-ups – Strict
  • 20 x Goblet Squats
  • 10 x Cal Row

Each team member starts at a station. You can’t move on to the next station until the person in front of you has finished.

*number of stations depentant on how many people show up. There could be more or fewer stations.
