120812 Saturday Team WOD

Teams of 3

Each team member first must complete a 400m Run
Then 30 rounds of:

  • 5 x pull-ups (kipping, dead hang, Jumping or ring rows. No bands allowed)
  • 10 x push-ups
  • 15 squats

Rotate team members each round. As soon as 1 person finishes all rounds immediately run around the block with a 25/35/45lb plate overhead.

Workout subject to modification based on the number of people that show up.
