  1. Perform one clean every minute on the minute
  2. Add one clean to every min
  3. Unable to continue = 10 wb every minute until last lifter has finished  (14/20)
  4. Weight  –  80% of 1RM (Check your print outs)

Example:

  • 0 – 60 sec :  1 C&J + sit ups
  • 1 – 2   min:   2 C&J + sit ups
  • 2 – 3   min:   3 C&J + sit ups…….
