Group Warmup

Four x AMRAP of 5 minutes.  3 minute break between stations.

Station 1:

5 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 x pullups
  • 10 x pushups
  • 15 x squats

Station 2:

5 Minute AMRAP

  • 3 x PC
  • 6 x PP
  • 9 x PJ

Station 3:

5 minute AMRAP

  • 10 x Kb Swings
  • 10  x Kb cleans (5 each arm)
  • 10 x Kb Sn (5 each arm)

Station 4:

5 minute AMRAP

  • 2 x Wall walkups
  • 5 x MB Slams
  • 10 x WB
