  1. Rower begins rowing – he/she also dictates rotation of team to rower
  2. Cycle through the three exercises
  3. Once you complete your set of 25 move to the following exercise (wait if your teammate is still on his exercise). Go in order of exercises until your turn to row.
  4. NO skipping over teammates!  
  5. Wait means wait!
