20 Min AMRAP of Run Cindy Run
Partner 1: 400m run then 5 DL 185/135
Partner 2: 5 pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats.
Alternate when run/Dl is complete. Partner 1 picks up where ever Partner 2 is in the rotation. (if partner 2 has completed 5 push-ups, then partner 1 starts at push-up #6)
Complete as many rounds as possible for the team in 20 minutes. Score is completed rounds plus completed runs/DL
