  • 1  x  P    (Press)
  • 3  x  PP  (Push Press)
  • 5  x  PJ   (Push Jerk)

Simple to follow rule –

  • Increase weight for every exercise.  Start at 45/65 respectively.
  • Increase loads every exercise.
  • Begin the next set with the PP load.
  • See how far you can get.
