For Time: 

  • 800 m run
  • 23 burpee pull ups
  • 101 box jumps (24” or the tire)
  • 400 m run backwards
  • 121 pushups
  • 135 abmat sit ups
  • 800 m run
  • 9 ground to overhead 185/135lbs. (usually a Power-clean and jerk) 

The workout includes rep counts for the number of children left behind as well as their badge numbers.

These movements are used in the tests performed by officers.

    CONGRATULATIONS AND THANK YOU TO ALL WHO GAVE SOME TODAY. COMPLETED THE WOD IN 36:48. BOX JUMPS WERE MODIFIED DUE TO LOCATION (20") AND C & J WAS AT 135. NICE WORK ANTHONY!
