    Thanks to all who came out for SUNDAY FUNDAY! 10 minute on the minute-10 box jumps, alternate pushups/situps each round-Manchild 187, CC 81, Big John 70, Big Country 105, Mary 90, Brett NFC, Zilla 70, Caveman 170, Bruce 155. Short rest, 2 man team WOD- one holds weight above head, other does burpees, first team to 100 caveman/brett(#135) 6:45 big country/manchild(135)-6:49 Pam/Mary(45)-11:26 Chris/John(75)-12:20. Everybody did a great job, then a nice little game of football(Pam plays like Butkus!) Finished the day at Avenue Ale House…..thanks to Jethro, Shark, and the Coon from coming by
