    If anybody feels like giving a little extra today, "Christina" should help. Ill be in after 4 if you want someone to do it. Its a memorial WOD for the fallen in Arizona last week. Give a little extra today-20min AMRAP-9 pullups, 9 power cleans(135/95), 9 KB swings(2/1.5pood), 9 toes to bar, 9 push press, 9 burpees. Let's hit it
