Team – AMRAP: 

  • 20   x  cousins
  • 200m row
  • 20   x  burpee kb swings
  • 200 x  mountain climbers
  • 20   x  walking lunges (ea. leg)

To tally points per team:

Each team member will begin their exercise, start adding your rep’s from the first rep up until you have finished your last exercise.

Example:

  • cousins x 20 
  • burpee..x 21 – 40
  • mtn. cl   x 41 – 60…..

Got it?  Good.  

The rower dictates rotation and speed of rotation per team.

 How fast/slow you row will make the teams switch exercises.
