    Thrusters are your friend. Nothing like a compound movement which can kick your ass in less than 10 reps at nearly any weight. Btw, I'm voting for Kalsu one of these days, not in the next week or month, but something to put on the milestone list. Kalsu = 100 135# thrusters with 5 burpees every minute.
