    Sunday open gym's WOD was from Brett's dad at Crossfit No Limits, a memorial to Seattle's FALLEN 4 police officers. 23 burpee to pullups, 101 boxjumps(20"-24"), 400m run backwards, 121 pushups, 135 situps, 800m run, 9 ground to overhead body weight- Bev/Jaime 30:10 (#95 ground to overhead) naveed/molly 33:24 (#95-65) Trey-(#95) 44:20 bruce (#95) 32:23 Tony (#175-15 under body weight, lowered the weight too early) 34:06. My thanks to all who did it to honor those who died giving it their all!
