    Good to be back at the box last night.
    Sign up for Murph Day at A couple of us are going at noon and 12:45 and there might be a few later spots open. Murph is 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats(partition exercises as needed-kinda like Cindy but 20 rounds), 1 mile run. Yes, I know we’re doing Trevor with basically the same exercises the Monday before this, but don’t be a pansy & just shut your face and do both. And I’d never say anything inappropriate in front of Jamie. I’m just not the type to say such filthy things…

    Holy crap is all I have to say!!!! If I never see that workout again it’ll be WAY to soon! That was a brutal ass kicking. That has now officially made it into my top 5 hardest workouts. Tom, how were those nachos? Great to be back in the box after a few days down being sick. Definite love hate today……..

    Thanx Phil, I don’t feel like I rocked it, I feel like the metcon totally rocked me. And you’re right, kudos to all who got thru it today- one more time….brutal!
