Team WOD For time:
- 200m row – (Ind.)
- 400m heavy bag & 45lb plate / run & carry (last team off the rowers) – share the heavy bag load
- 200m lg tire flip (first team off rowers) – Scoville to Elmwood and back.
*SWITCH From heavy bag carry to Large tire flip
- Farmers Walk – 2 x 24kg / 16kg – gym to Scoville and back
- 50 x PC&J 95 / 65
- 75 x pull ups
- 50 x squats
- 1 mile run – TEAM RUN **
* Team that finished first deducts wait time from finish time and Late team adds that time on top of their ending time.
Waiting Team must do Hip thrusters until other Team arrives
