With clock running for 10 minutes:

  • Run 500m.

With remaining time:

  • Max reps OH KB Squat      16kg/12kg (35/26lb) kb

During the 10 minutes run 200m each time KB drops to or below shoulder. 

Goal is most reps possible within the 10 minute time limit.
