100419 – Bench-less Linda

This might be today’s WOD

I – For time:

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1:

  • Deadlift 1 1/2 BW
  • Bench BW **
  • Clean 3/4 BW

II – Team WOD:

10-8-6-4-2: 

  • push ups     ring / floor
  • dl                185 / 135
  • cl                135 / 95

 

 **Substitute bench press with Ring push ups or Reg. push ups. Reps would be double the reps for the Bench press: 1 Bench press = 2 push ups.

    This was Lil guys first crossfit WOD, this is the 1st time in our box, and Linda’s a beeotch. Have fun

    I wrote that due to the fact that we can only put so many through this WOD at one time. With larger groups we made it a team WOD. Now come on in so we can show you how soft we are.

    Let’s get this straight. Any editing done after I’ve written a WOD is def. not my own doing. So, now that we have that straight, get you A$$ in here and get it done. How’s that for soft?
