So, You Want Rx?

I – Three rounds for time:

  • 400 meter run
  • 1.5 pood Kettlebell swing x 21
  • Pull-ups 12 reps

II – Goat skill work:

 a) 3 x rope climb

b) 3 x ring dips / parallette dips

c) 3 x 30” L-sit on parallettes / rings

    I had to complete the workout at the Police gym. I finished in 10:10, running on treadmill, 40# db and pull ups as Rx. Tough work by yourself…..would have been nice to chase somebody!
