    Great job by all who went out Naperville on Saturday. Pam and Jamie both got in at the last minute and tore it up! Now if we can get Party Boy and the Captain to leave before last call. For everybody, remember that Crossfit is not just a "gym", its a way of life. Everything about Crossfit is what makes us different than the "global gyms!" Workouts and nutrition are only part of it. Crossfit is here to help you be better mentally and phyiscally, to be able to do things other people can’t. That is why we push hard! Remember that in our "box" we are a community and that we are part of the Crossfit community! When benefits come up at other "boxes", we gotta help. We as a "box" need bigger numbers at these type of events-all are capable of doing whatever workout is posted. Don’t forget that we as a gym have two benefits coming up at the end of May, early June! Gotta off your butts and get ready people
