    Juanita- you are my box jump inspiration. I fell off the darn thing and have not jumped since. It has been over two months now. I am determined to get on the box again. Way to go!!! I love this pic.

    Well, she fell on Saturday. The Crowd gasped, wide-eyed and expected a turn of events. She shook it off, looked around and kicked in the other gear to finish the set. Now, all we need is to add a cape and a read shirt with a red mask and a Giant ‘J’ on her chest.

    New Dynamic warm up for the Oly lifting days.

    We need to instruct you on the proper lifting technique after a dynamic warm up.

    Group warm ups are going to be put into place in the near future, so this is step one. A notice.

    Be here on time so that you don’t miss anything in the instruction / practical part of it.

    Safety first. If in doubt, ask.

    Thanks Ayanna for your kind comments. If I can do it- you can do it ! Get back on that box ! Get that confidence back ! What I have learned is that the box is a total mind game ! Mind over matter ! I believe in you Ayanna- next time we workout together- maybe friday ?- we’ll get you back on that box ! Deal ?

    Gio is right- I fell saturday while doing the box jumps. What I realized was that I needed to fall to pick myself back up and conquer that fear. Gio- no red cape or shirt with a J – lol ! Although must admit I do have red J shirt and a J bag- maybe I’ll start wearing them to the gym- hahhah.

    By the way- have you set up a facebook blog on main page so that we can journal our 30 day sugar free diet- day#4- miss chocolate!
