    Hey boys. As cool as this wod looks, not gonna make it in tonight afterall. perhaps doing Total after LJ 20 was a bad idea for my low back. See u boys tmrw am and Cavenman, 100 squats in a row and then you won’t have to do any situps.

    Hey everyone- so as I enjoy the soreness that was brought on by saturday’s and today’s workout- I thought that I would share an article with all of you.

    My sister Rosy started crossfit in California and has now started getting some muscle development and her question to me was: " Will I get bulky with the weight lifting that I am doing ?."

    As her sister, I wanted to give her something real and tangible and an article that would break it down for her. Bottom line is that muscle development is very good and that even though bulking up may occur initially- it is only a stage in the metamorphosis of muscle development and definition because muscle burns fat. Isn’t this a great phenomenon!
