    Thank you Gio and Greg for this honor! I feel apart of Bulldog Crossfit and plan to WO there anytime I visit Brett. Brett, great job on that workout and DEFINITELY thanks for beating my time, thereby validating it. It is a very tough workout which I did not program, believe me. I suggested 3 rounds of 6 pullups and 8 sips of champagne, but was denied. Thanks again, Jim PS: I know I’m ancient to most of y’all at Bulldog, but I was born in 1941 not 1931 as is pictured.
