Our beloved Caveman came across this post, I believe while chasing down a drug dealer and saving an elderly woman from a mugger, while jumping through a window to nab an armed robber, while texting Mouse to call him, welll, Mouse, just as he was finishing his doghnut all as he cut paste this to comments last night. I thought is was a good read and wanted to make sure everyone had the chance to read it. It’s from Freddy at CrossFit One World
Quite possibly, the perfect way to start off a day. Not so bad for you and definitely tasty as hell. I eat this for breakfast at least four days a week. Four eggs (soft scrambled), a side of bacon, tomato slices, and avocado. YUMMY!
