    If you are interested in beginning the six (6) week Strength Bias (CFSB) please email me today. Today is day one of the cycle. I will email out the schedule for this week along with the Workout log today. If you have not received it and started today please forgive my brain fartidness!

    Lupe, you worked hard today and I am pretty proud of you. If it means you not speaking to me, I understand. Just remember whether or not you speak to me or you do I will be giving you the most undivided attention to detail as usual. Much Love. 😉

    What you do with your hands on your own time is none of my business so don’t blame that on me. I had nothing to do with that, I was at home programming for the next cycle and I have witnesses.

    I just looked at this week’s CFSB spreadsheet. It seems that someone is trying to steal the joy from deadlift day.

    That’s ok. I can be patient.

    Joy will come and Gio the Scrooge can only hold it off for so long.

    Just one day into CFSB and you can tell Sam’s a happy man. The first one in the door with a big smile on his face. Time to shine.

    Bring your patience to the box, check your ego at the door, and be ready to hit it hard(correctly). Dont forget, there other skills(met-con’s) that we need to work on and master!!
