Amazing news everyone!  We’ve been doing these ass kicking workouts for nothing. Forget today’s WOD.  You don’t even need to leave the house!  I’m blown away.  Check this out.  We’ll be implementing this right away.   

Four rounds for time:

50  x  squats
40  x  pull ups
30  x  push ups
20  x  wb
10  x  burpees

    How did you guys know this was why I haven’t been coming in? "Walk At Home" has helped me drop nearly 40 lbs in the past week and I’ve never even had to drag my lazy ass out of my apartment. I also can use my Shakeweight while I walk too, for maximum fat burning intensity….
    WTF?! That’s all i can say. WTF.
