There is only one Bulldog Bootcamp Co. and we are proud
to have been offering boot camp fitness to the
Chicago area for the past eight years. Others
have come and gone but we're still going strong.
Our Chicago Fitness Program's are based on a combination
of strength and cardiovascular exercises. Drill
instructors keep things lively by integrating push-ups,
pull-ups, squats and other strength builders with
running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to
increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance.
Our instructors will push you but they won't
tear you down. We want you to succeed. Bulldog
Bootcamp Co. is a very positive and motivating
environment. We won't let you down so don't let
yourself down.
